The Complete Door Hanging Jig Bundle combines our 85mm Hinge Jig, 100mm Hinge Jig and Self-Centring Latch Jig into one complete setup for professional door installation.

Whether you're fitting internal or external doors, this bundle gives you both hinge sizes plus our self-centring latch system – helping take the repetitive measuring, marking and setup out of hanging doors.

85mm & 100mm Hinge Jigs

Our modular hinge jig system is designed to make routing hinges fast, accurate and repeatable.

The templates attach to an 18mm timber story rod, allowing you to set your hinge positions once and transfer the exact same layout from the door to the jamb.

Rather than relying on a fixed-length jig, the modular design allows you to set the hinge spacing to suit different door heights and configurations.

Hinge Jig Features

Self-Centring Latch Jig

Not every 35mm or 40mm door is exactly the stated thickness. Fixed-width latch jigs can therefore position the latch slightly off-centre, while adjustable jigs require measuring and resetting when changing between different door thicknesses.

Our Self-Centring Latch Jig automatically finds the centre of the door.

Simply fit it over the door edge, use the built-in centre-line notch to position your latch, secure the jig with clamps and route.

No measuring the door thickness. No setting the jig to 35mm or 40mm. No guessing the centre.

Router Bit Requirements

Both the hinge and latch jig systems are designed to work with the same bearing-guided router bit specification, so you don't need different cutters when moving between the two systems.

Important: The templates are 18mm thick, so the cutting length of the router bit must not exceed 18mm.
